58th edition of IAPCON 2020 Chennai, India will be organized at Four Points Sheraton (Confluence Resorts & Convention Center) Mahabalipuram,Chennai, India from 6th Mar to 8th Mar 2020.

  1. All the Exhibitors shall adhere to the terms and conditions laid by the Organiser
  2. The show hours shall be from 10.00 AM to 06.00 PM
  3. Exhibitor may book any number of stalls.
  4. Stalls will be allotted on first-come-first serve basis.
  5. Stall Participation Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  6. GST @ 18% applicable will be additional to the fees mentioned.
  7. For each 3m X3 m stall, 3 free exhibitor passes (Food and beverages included), 1reception counter table, 2 chairs, 1 power socket (5A, 230 V), 3 spot lights, floor carpetand 1 waste basket will be provided.
  8. The bare space will be handed over to the exhibitors on 5th Mar 2020 at 3.00 PM.
  9. The shell scheme stall will be handed over to exhibitors on 5th Mar 2020 after 7.00 PM
  10. The stalls allotted are not transferable.
  11. Furnishing of the stalls, shall be completed and all materials not for use in the stall to be removed by 9.00 PM on 5th Mar 2020.
  12. Though the fair authorities will be providing general security, the fair authorities will not be responsible for any damage loss of any article/property kept in the stall. All products shall be exhibited only within the stall.
  13. Exhibitors should participate in the expo without causing any disturbance to neighboring stalls.
  14. Exhibitors to confine themselves to the space allotted within the hall.
  15. Confirmation of stall reservation will be sent by e-mail as far as possible. However the organizers decision on stall allocation will be final and binding.
  16. The organizers reserve the right to make such changes in site layout, floor plan, and other details as they consider fit in the overall interest and safety of the exhibition.
  17. The exhibitor shall be liable to pay for any damages caused to the stall or equipment allotted to him. Any such damage shall be assessed by the organizers and their decision on the charges to be paid by the exhibitor shall be final.
  18. Online transfer charges/payment gateway charges will be borne by the exhibitor.
  19. Additional furniture and facilities could be ordered directly with the Event Manager.
  20. Exhibitors opting for raw space need to inform the organizers by 1st Feb 2020 along with layout plan for approval to the stall contractor.
  21. Extra charges applicable for additional &continuous power requirements.
  22. Any dispute arising out, which cannot be amicably settled between the parties, shall be referred to adjudication/arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Chennai as may become the origin of the place of the party raising the dispute
